It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details for the shoot (location, time, and special requests) are accurate. Tulip Photography will not be held liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or missing information.
6. Liability
Tulip Photography will take all necessary measures to deliver services as agreed. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), Tulip Photography’s liability is limited to a full refund of the service fee.
7. Image Delivery
